I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m Catherine Steiner—speaker, author, consultant, and teacher with a passion for helping women grow in confidence, deepen their faith, and live out their God-given calling with courage.

My heart is to encourage and equip women to lead from a strong foundation in Christ, whether in their work, relationships, community, church, or everyday life.

My Mission

To help women reach more of their God-given potential with confidence rooted in Christ.

I do that through speaking, writing, teaching, and encouraging others with practical wisdom and biblical truth.

God wants to do amazing things in and through you.

My Story

I know what it feels like to question yourself, to wonder whether you are enough, and to carry the weight of trying to make everything happen in your own strength.

My own journey has included seasons of challenge, loss, rebuilding, and growth. Through it all, God has shown me again and again that real confidence is not self-manufactured. It grows when we anchor our identity in Him and trust His strength more than our own.

That truth changed my life.

Now I love helping other women recognize the beliefs that are holding them back, replace them with truth, and step more fully into the life and leadership God has for them.
