Catherine Steiner

Catherine Steiner has served in the faith and work movement since 2013, equipping leaders to integrate faith into everyday work and life. She began at Workmatters, overseeing workplace Bible studies, and in 2021 shifted her focus to Christian working women as Executive Director of Women in the Marketplace. She later helped facilitate a strategic merge with Polished Network and went on to merge with and serve at 4word as Vice President of Programs, overseeing a national network of community groups, faith-based leadership development programs, and the 4word mentoring program. Catherine is the author of The Confidence Cornerstone: A Woman’s Guide to Fearless Leadership and has contributed to several workplace Bible study resources, YouVersion reading plans, and collaborative publications, including iWork4Him and sheWorks4Him. She also co-hosted the sheWorks4Him podcast. Her professional background spans technology and systems development, nonprofit management, training and instructional design, and sales coaching. She has served organizations from large corporations to entrepreneurial startups—including founding her own software consulting firm. Catherine is passionate about helping people unlock their God-given potential through an integrated life of faith, leadership, and purpose. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Leadership.
